Mat Pilates Pop-Up
Join Courtney for a mat pilates class. She'll lead you through an amazing core workout that targets the mind, body, and soul. You'll learn to move from your center, focus on your breath, and connect to yourself in a whole new way. This class is open to all levels, so grab a friend and try something new together!

MÖV Fit with Weights
Join Carrie for a MÖV Fit pop-up class with weights. The session will blend foundational yoga and pilates postures with strengthening exercises designed to target and tone specific muscle groups. Expect a more aerobic workout using body weight and resistance movements to build strength.

MÖV Book Club (June Gathering)
Join the MÖV book club for their bi-monthly gathering to connect over good reads and great conversation.

Sound Bath Restorative
Join Jennifer for a healing candlelight restorative class complete with a sound bath. You'll be guided through some gentle restorative postures to begin, then you'll shift into your meditative practice as Jen fills the room with the sounds of her singing bowls.

Simpson House: May Volunteer Event
Join us at Simpson House, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting and advocating for people experiencing homelessness, to cook and serve meals to the community. Any MÖV student is welcome to join us to connect with fellow yogis and community members.

MÖV Ashtanga 90-min Pop-Up
Join Rebecca for this 90-minute pop-up class to experience the full, traditional Ashtanga sequence (an expansion of our edited, 60-min class).

MÖV Classic Singalong
Join Melissa and Dave for our tried-and-true Classic standing series with a little sumthin’ extra. Class will feature a playlist that you’re encouraged to sign along with (singing is, of course, optional.)

Inversion Workshop
Join Katlyn and Latricia for a 90-minute workshop to explore your inversion practice! You’ll learn the foundational building blocks for going upside down and will try on a handful of inversion postures with the wall as your bumper.

Join four-time marathon finisher and MÖV instructor Rachel W for a Yoga for Runners workshop designed to get you race-day ready.

Spring Equinox Classic
Join Erika for a Spring Equinox Classic with breathwork. This 75-minute class follows our tried-and-true Classic series, and will be amplified with guided breathwork in honor of the spring equinox. Prepare to sweat, breath, and go inward as you welcome the change of seasons.

Join Jennifer for a Spring Equinox-inspired 108 Sun Salutations class to celebrate the arrival of spring. After the flow, unwind and restore with 30 minutes of deeply nourishing restorative yoga postures to help relax and reset, ensuring you feel balanced, grounded, and ready to embrace the season of growth and renewal.

Candlelight Restorative Yoga
Join Cat and Linda on Sunday, February 16 from 6:30- 8:00 pm for the ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation practice. While you settle into long-hold poses designed to release tension and restore balance, a second instructor will circulate throughout the room, offering personalized Thai massage techniques.
